Some Background Information About
Tracey & Vance Marino
Tracey taught piano and was a voice coach from 1991 to 2011.
She was an on-staff piano accompanist for several colleges.
For 20 years, she wrote, produced, and helped singers and actors perform
original music for dozens of children's and community
musical theatre shows and workshops, and she prepped students for Broadway auditions.
Vance taught ukulele, bass, and guitar (electric, acoustic, classical) beginning in 1995.
He worked at San Diego County music stores such as
Nick Rail, Tradways, and Ozzie's Music.
One of his specialties was teaching students with disabilities.
He currently teaches songwriting online.
The Marinos offer educational lectures, consultations, and
feedback regarding song crafting, music production and arranging,
and the sync licensing business.
They are in demand as passionate guest speakers, panelists,
moderators, bloggers, and teachers.
Tracey and Vance are regarded as the "go-to" experts in the
